2 weeks ago, just before my wife came home, one of the springs on our old garage door broke. Although we had plans to purchase a new door from Dodds in the spring, I phoned our salesman, Michael, and he was able to put in an order for us that evening.
Today, the new garage door was installed and it looks like a piece of jewelery; the colour is so complementary with our house. The best thing: the installers were very professional, prompt and very clean.
Again, we want to thank the entire staff of Dodds Garage Doors for a job well done.

We recently had a problem with our garage door. One of the cables had rusted and snapped. My wife and I thought we might need a new door. I called Dodd’s Door. Not only did they arrive on time, the technician fixed our existing garage door and the door opener, which hadn’t worked in almost a year. All (garage door and opener) well below what I thought I’d have to pay for just the garage door. The honesty and great service was refreshing. Thanks for doing a great job.

I must say that Dodds Doors did exactly what they said they would do, on time, on budget and with excellent quality. We have just had two new doors and openers installed. Out installer Paul showed up on time and was completely done in 3 hours. Shoot, I couldn't have installed the openers in that time. I have already recommended Dodds to a friend and although you often have to take testimonials with a grain of salt, Dodds really did a great job.
We have used Dodds for years and have always had good service on our custom-built garage door. This morning we had a service call from Art which has prompted me to formally comment on his exceptional service. He arrived on time (normal for Dodds) and efficiently and effectively handled our issue (normal for Dodds) but in addition, he gave me lots of practical and useful information and some excellent tips for the future. Thank you Art and Dodds Doors!
