LiftMaster High Performance Commercial Barrier Gate Operator

The Mega Arm Tower is a DC-powered addition to the LiftMaster® family of gate operators. Designed with a 24VDC (1/2 HP equivalent) motor, this model provides exceptional starting torque and continuous operation, making it ideal for most applications. Constructed with an aluminum alloy chassis, it is corrosion resistant and light enough for one person to carry and install. The heavy-duty motor supports 6,000 cycles per day with an operator speed of 2.5 seconds to open or close.

No power? No problem!
Built-in battery backup provides seamless operation of the gate operator and all DC control and sensing devices in the event of a power loss.

BARRIER GATE USAGE

The Automated, Parking, Security, Access Control Barrier Gate is a motorized system which causes a gate-arm to move from horizontal position to vertical position to allow vehicles to pass through the controlled opening.

The Barrier Gate consists of a steel housing unit which is attached to a concrete pad and an opening/closing gate-arm which may be made of wood or aluminum. The purpose of the barrier gate is to control entry of authorized resident vehicles at safe pre-determined time intervals and, of course, to exclude vehicles that are not authorized.
