Model H is an industrial-duty hoist operator. It features a continuous-duty high-starting torque motor, a universal-mount frame design, industrial ball bearings on the output shaft and an emergency chain hoist with an electric interlock.

Model DH is an industrial-duty hoist operator with an internal door lock sensor. It features a removable hinged electrical box cover, a continuous-duty high-starting torque motor, a universal-mount frame design, and an emergency chain hoist with electric interlock.

Model GH is a heavy industrial-duty gear-reduced hoist operator. It features a removable hinged electrical box cover and is easily field-converted in seconds for a left or right-handed drive and hoist.

Model MHS is a slow-speed hoist operator for use on rolling sheet doors. It features Medium-Duty Logic technology and provides easy emergency manual operation using a floor level disconnect or an electrically interlocked chain hoist.
Typically used for standard lift sectional doors, trolley operators are available in light, medium and industrial-duty. The applications for trolley operators range from residential or light-duty applications to heavy-duty industrial applications.

Model MH is a Medium-Duty Logic hoist operator. It features an adjustable friction clutch, a standard solenoid brake, a high-starting torque motor, a compact design and an emergency chain hoist with an electric interlock.

Model HJ is an industrial-duty hoist/jackshaft operator for use on rolling doors, grilles, and industrial sectional doors with high or vertical lift.

Model DHJ is a industrial-duty hoist/jackshaft operator with internal door lock sensor for use on rolling doors and grilles.

Model GH5HP is a heavy industrial-duty gear-reduced hoist operator. It features a continuous-duty 5 HP brake motor, removable hinged electrical box cover and a specially-designed manual hoist gear system.
MOTORIZED VEHICULAR GARAGE DOORS ARE LIKE A MOVING WALL. THEY CAN BE DANGEROUS & MAY CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.
IF A GARAGE DOOR IS EQUIPPED WITH AN AUTOMATIC CLOSING MECHANISM SUCH AS AN ELECTRIC OPENER/OPERATOR THEN A SAFETY SENSING DEVICE MUST BE INSTALLED. THIS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT ACCORDING TO CITY OF TORONTO BY-LAW#930-2000 41.a. (other cities have similar by-laws):
“if a garage door allows for vehicular ingress or egress from a parking or storage area, and is equipped with an automatic closing mechanism, the garage door shall be equipped with a sensing device that does not allow the door to close when any person, animal or object is crossing its path”
DUE TO RECENT ACCIDENTS IN THE INDUSTRY, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT A SAFETY PHOTO EYE SYSTEM BE INSTALLED ON THE INTERIOR & EXTERIOR OF THE DOOR, AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO DOOR IN ORDER TO REDUCE A “DEAD ZONE” AREA. MOREOVER, A SAFETY PHOTO EYE SYSTEM ON OUTSIDE, RE-SETS TIMER & REDUCES LIKELIHOOD OF PEDESTRIANS BEING HIT.
IF GARAGE DOOR IS EQUIPPED WITH AN EXISTING AUTOMATIC CLOSING MECHANISM, WE ADVISE THAT WE CANNOT INSTALL A NEW ELECTRIC OPENER WITHOUT A SAFETY SYSTEM IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION.
