Garage Door Replacement Chose Dodds to replace garage door based on reviews read here. Salesperson Laurie was very patient in answering all questions. He wilingly come by twice to clarify questions to show us additional options available. Installer Craig was over the top helpful. He explained the procedure, took down the old door and installed the new one efficiently and thoroughly. He even finished the garage door opener installation for no addtional charge. After work was completed, Craig explained and showed what was done and how to maintain it. I would definitely refer them to everyone.

Dodds overhead garage doors were exceptional

I would highly reccommend Dodds garage doors for their great service product and integrity. I had some garage doors installed by Dodds 4yrs ago that had some adhesive on them from the manufacture. After 1 yr they tried to clean them but they always had dirt. Four years later I contacted Dodds on how to get them clean, and to my surprise they replaced the doors for FREE. I would highly highly recommend this company. I am still amazed and greatful for such wonderful customer service and professionalism Thank you so much Dodds doors for offerning us such exceptional service and product. We are so happy! We highly recommend this company!! You will never find a company to stand behind their products like Dodds!!

FAST !

Garage door suddenly stopped functioning, and it was clear that one of the 2 springs had broken.

I called Dodds at about 1:45 p.m. and was told someone would be here before 5 p.m. Indeed, the entire job was finished, two springs replaced, by about 3:30 p.m.

Now that is seriously fast response time! I'm impressed.

Excellent Service, recommended without reservation!!

Dodds replaced our old garage door and made the entire process a pleasant and painless one, from start to finish. The salesman went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and was very knowledgeable and helpful, answered all my questions making the decision making process much easier for me. Our installation was not a typical one since we had installed a storage space in the garage but not making provision for the new door but the salesman was able to overcome this issue without any problems. The installation also went smoothly, the technicians showed up on time and were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and did a great job with the installation. One of the panels was obviously damaged in transit and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this was addressed. I think the measure of a company is how well they do what they are supposed to but even more so how they respond when problems occur. In my opinion "DODDS DOES DO IT BETTER" and I recommend them without reservation!! And in fact I did, my neighbour also had his garage door replaced by DOODS DOORS. Great company, refreshing to deal with.

Sales and service exceptional

While my husband was away on the business trip we had an accident with our garage door and had to be replaced. Usually my husband deals with contractors. I called two garage companies, Dodds was one of them. I must say I was very impressed by Dodds’ knowledge and professional conduct. Salesman answered my questions and gave me great advice.
