I had an excellent experience with Dodds Garage Door, from the customer service when booking the appointment to the actual appointment day. I want to especially highlight James, who came to fix my garage door, for being very professional while also being very kind, respectful and friendly. James took time to carefully assess the damage, remained attentive to every detail, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to fix the problem immediately.

An estimate was given over the phone and when JP came to do the work he did not replace a cable that was assumed would need replacement. I appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach. The phone experience when assessing and booking the appointment was very pleasant, professional and efficient. Overall a wonderful experience and a refreshing one.

Ahmed and Scott were incredibly efficient installing our new Garage door. Replacing all the garage door parts eliminated any rattle or noises when the door opened and closed. The experience with Dodd's was excellent right from the beginning of the first phone call with Kerri to the repairs done by Avery!! I had several questions and Kerri answered with respect and courtesy - she managed to find our old installation paperwork and got everything sorted for the order! I had Dodds replace my broken garage door opener. I was contemplating buying one and installing myself but by the time I buy it, and muck around trying to install it myself ...not worth it. Totally happy to have Eddie and his assistant do it. Very professional and the unit works great. Thanks Dodds! Dave
