About this project
When we first met with the homeowners, they wanted to update their garage doors while finding a style that would complement the elegant exterior of their Richmond Hill home. With several design elements already in place, choosing the right colour, panel style, and windows was important to create a balanced look. During our consultation, we reviewed different options together and helped them select our Dodds Canadian Series Recessed Long Panel garage doors in Cafe. The warm neutral finish paired with the recessed panel design added depth and sophistication, while the clear double-glazed windows brought in natural light and completed the classic look they were aiming for.
Our installation team carefully removed the existing garage doors and installed the new insulated doors with upgraded heavy-duty hardware, high-cycle springs, reinforced struts, heavy-gauge tracks, and quiet nylon rollers for smooth and reliable operation. To finish the project, we installed matching dark brown weatherstripping and reconnected the existing garage door openers, leaving the homeowners with a clean, polished upgrade that enhanced the curb appeal of their home.
